SHIP/DROP YOU FLORALS
- Ship Promptly
Send your flowers within 1–2 days of your event to preserve their freshness. The sooner they’re shipped, the better the results.
- Trim and Hydrate
Cut the stems freshly at a diagonal using clean scissors or shears. This helps maintain hydration during transit.
- Wrap Gently
Wrap the stem ends in damp (not soaking wet) paper towels. Then secure the wrapped stems with plastic wrap or a small bag to keep moisture in—avoiding excess water that could cause mold.
- Protect the Blooms
Wrap the entire bouquet in tissue paper or packing paper, just like how fresh flowers are packaged when purchased. This adds cushioning and helps maintain their shape.
- Box and Secure
Place the wrapped flowers in a sturdy box. Use crumpled tissue or packing paper around the bouquet to prevent shifting during transit.
- Ship With Care
Choose a fast shipping method (preferably overnight or 2-day). Avoid shipping over weekends or holidays to prevent delays.

Preservation begins
Once your flowers arrive, the preservation process begins with great care and precision. Fresh blooms are gently placed in silica gel, a fine, moisture-absorbing material that slowly and naturally dries the flowers while helping retain their original shape and vibrant color.
This phase is delicate and cannot be rushed—typically taking 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the flower type and moisture content. Allowing the flowers to dry gradually ensures the highest quality results and long-lasting beauty.
Design with Sara
You'll receive a custom design mock-up via text message from Sara before anything is set in resin. This allows you to preview the layout and make adjustments if needed. We’ll collaborate to ensure every bloom is beautifully placed and the final piece feels just right.
If changes are needed, we’ll redesign together until it’s perfect.
Casting In Resin
Each layer is poured slowly and carefully to preserve the integrity of your blooms and prevent bubbles or distortion. This process requires patience, as resin must cure in stages over several days to ensure a crystal-clear, glass-like finish.
Top Coat, Polish & Pack
Once the resin has fully cured, your piece enters the final finishing stage. Each surface is carefully sanded, top-coated, and hand-polished to achieve a smooth, crystal-clear finish that enhances the depth and beauty of your preserved flowers.
Before shipping, you’ll receive an email or phone call to confirm your shipping address. This ensures your keepsake arrives safely and securely to the correct destination.
After confirmation, your piece is thoughtfully packaged for protection and beauty, and you'll receive tracking information once it’s on its way.
